Replace spark plug

Before carrying out the work make sure you are confident you know what you are doing... If
you have any questions feel free to ask them on our discussion forum.
Remember if you don't feel
confident about what you are doing take the bike to a qualified mechanic.

Unlock the helmet lock and push the lever to release the seat. Remove the seat.
Use the allen key in the toolkit to undo and remove the bolt holding the head of the tank in place.
Swivel the tank up and secure it on it's rod.
Pull the plug lead cap off the spark plug.
Place the plug remover tool onto the plug and insert the metal rod into it's holes. Unscrew the plug and pull it out.
The plug on the left is dead, the one on the right is new. The NGK code for the plug is BR9ECS.
Insert the plug and screw it into place.
Push the plug lead cap back onto the plug.
Push the tank back into place and screw the allen bolt back into place.
Push the seat back into place.
